It was observed that the email does not “eliminate the possibility that someone else” wrote Giuliani a similar remark, despite Ephsteyn’s attorney declining to comment on the report.

The indictment alleges that Co-conspirator 6 participated in a conference call with phony Pennsylvania electors that was organized by the Trump campaign. According to the prosecution, Giuliani “falsely assured them that their certificates would be used only if” Trump won his legal fights after the electors expressed their concerns about the plot.

The allegations are in line with other details about Ephsteyn’s involvement in the fake voter fraud planning.
