The reality star makes a habit of posing in her bikini online and/or flaunting her chunky legs for followers to see.

But the former former Real Housewives of Atlanta star has now given fans a somewhat unusual look at herself: Zolciak is makeup-free and totally fish-faced in her latest Instagram selfie.

"Beauty comes from within… my baby is sick heading to doctor… been up most of the night NO MAKEUP NO CARES."

Zolciak has dealt with many haters over the past several months, as she continues to share close-ups of her body and shoot down rumors related to them.
